Krzysztof Koźmiński Ph.D. – specialist in the field of constitutional and administrative law, assistant professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and expert on non-governmental organizations – discusses cases of violation of religious freedom in the area of ​​economic activity. The expert analyzes the situation of Christian business owners in Europe who suffered legal consequences due to the refusal to provide a service inconsistent with their values. He also points to legal guarantees protecting religious freedom and the possibilities of enforcing this right in the economic sphere.
