On 3 June 2020, a twenty-one-year-old man tore out crosses and tombstones, scattered bunches of flowers, knocked over garbage bins and smashed candles at the municipal cemetery in Tarnów Mościce. As a result, several dozen graves were damaged due to the actions of the vandal. The perpetrator was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the vandalism.
